Shipping policy

Processing: Orders processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery to Canada: 7–14 business days after processing. During peak season (November–January), allow up to 20 business days.

Tracking: Included with every order. Tracking number sent by email within 48 hours of dispatch.

Rates:

• Under $65: flat rate $5.99
• $65 and over: FREE shipping

Delays: PawZen is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Lost parcels: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order, contact us within 5 days and we'll open a carrier investigation.
